Easy Peasy Dairy Free Coffee Creamer! (Keto)
This is so simple Im not even sure it justifies a post :) BUT- i’m sharing anyways. There are many Dairy Free coffee creamer available. This is an EASY clean version you can make at home.
All you do is combine in your blender:
1 Cup of Raw Unsalted Cashews + 1 cup of water!
If you have a powerful blender such as a Blendtec or Vitamix theres no need to soak your cashews first. Just throw it all in and blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you have another brand- it may work best to soak your cashew in water for 30 minutes to an hour.
Store it in the fridge in a sealed container for a week or so!
You can also add in things like Vanilla Extract, Almond Extract, Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon/Nutmeg and a sweetener of choice like Stevia! Whatever you enjoy most.
Ps. To make a Latte like I did! Just blend your hot coffee + dairy free creamer in the blender until frothy.
