Keto & Paleo Ranch Dressing. (Gluten Free with a Dairy Free Option)
I love ranch dressing. It's creamy texture and tangy taste make my tastebuds go gah-gah. Even though I love it, I never really have it because, well, I can't. Naturally, I had to make my own version so I could have it. Homemade always tastes so much better than store bought any day! Good thing it's also simple to whip up!
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Milk (dairy or non dairy)
2 TBSP Vegenaise (or Mayo of choice)
2 TBSP Greek Yogurt (dairy or nondairy)
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 Black Pepper
3 TBSP Chives
Combine lemon juice and milk, mix and set aside
In a small bowl mix together remaining ingredients.
Add in lemon juice, milk mixture.
